If your product arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will send a replacement part: email help@thenokbox.com with your order number. If you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, let us know what's going on right away and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back. Please send an email to hep@thenokbox.com with your order number.
We accept product returns if you reach out to us within 14 days upon receipt, and send back the product within another 7 days. The product(s) must come back undamaged and resellable. Please note:
- Do NOT “return to sender” or reject the package. We will not accept those from the carrier as the carriers charge us a fee to accept them. Follow the return directions instead.
- Full refunds will not be issued if any part of the kit comes back damaged or opened.
- Customer is responsible for shipping all packages back. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
