This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect:

  • Nokbox offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party.
  • Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from Nokbox, LLC.

Minors under the Age of 18

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen (18) years old, do not access without permission from your parent or legal guardian. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor under eighteen (18) years old, we will delete that information. Our “Do Not Track” Policy

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, which sends a signal to a website regarding that user’s preference regarding tracking. Currently, there is no “Do Not Track” technology standard for how any company abides by a “Do Not Track” signal received from a user’s web browser.

Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party tools to collect information and provide services:

  • Klaviyo: For email marketing and analytics.
  • Heap: For analytics.
  • Google Global Site Tag, Google Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager: These are used to track and analyze website activities.
  • Shopify: For website hosting and payment processing. Meta (formerly Facebook): For advertising and retargeting.
  • Bing Universal Event Tracking: For advertising and retargeting.
  • The Trade Desk: For advertising and retargeting.
  • Pinterest Conversion Tracking: For advertising and retargeting.
  • TikTok Conversion Tracking: For advertising and retargeting.

Each third-party tool has its own privacy policy that you should review.

Payment Processing

We provide paid products and services. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Our payment processing partners are Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Payments.

Data Retention

When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Data Security

  • We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your personal
  • information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including regular encrypted backups, limiting access to our control panel and databases, two-factor authentication to access our control panel and databases, SSL technologies and HTTPS. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. Our web hosting platform has additional safeguards in place.
  • The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You can help protect your computer or mobile device by keeping it up to date/patched and running antivirus programs to protect your online browsing.
  • Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumventing any privacy settings or security measures.

Your Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have specific rights relating to your personal information.

  • We commit to uphold these rights as prescribed by the relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), New York SHIELD Act, and Connecticut’s Data Privacy Law. We offer opt-out options for individuals who want to restrict the use and disclosure of their personal data. You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. If you wish to opt-out of cookies you can do so by adjusting your browser settings.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Except as required by applicable law, we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Return Policy

If your product arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will send a replacement part: email help@thenokbox.com with your order number. If you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, let us know what's going on right away and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back. Please send an email to hep@thenokbox.com with your order number.

We accept product returns if you reach out to us within 14 days upon receipt, and send back the product within another 7 days. The product(s) must come back undamaged and resellable. Please note:
