The Nokbox Lite gives you all of the valuable contents of The Nokbox™, but you use your own folders and box to set it up. 

Upcycle your current file folders and create your Nokbox the way you want it. The Lite has all of the content of The Nokbox, but does not come with hanging folders, folders or a box. Your end result will be the same!

We'll provide the instructions on how to set it all up--it's easy and is also a great thing to do with family and your Next of Kin (NOK). 

The Nokbox Lite Includes:

  • 15 color-coded hanging folder tab labels
  • 67 color-coded file labels
  • 72 double-sided instructional checksheets
    • On the front of each sheet, there are instructions for you, letting you know what to put in the folder or what information to jot down.
    • On the back, there are instructions for your NOK (The NokList), letting them know what they need to find and helping them keep track of it.
  • 1 zippered Document Protector bag. This bag is for items that belong in your safe or somewhere secure, like passports and birth certificates. Your NOK will use this bag to collect other important items they need to keep secure while managing your estate. We give you directions on what to do with this bag. (13” x 9.5”)
  • 1 zippered key pouch and 10 key tags. Our directions help you organize all of the keys in your home, and also provide your NOK with guidance on how to manage the keys and keep your home and other valuables safe. (9.5” x 7”)
  • Instructions on how to complete every part of your Nokbox for both you and for your NOK.
    • For you, it explains how to set up the box, how to use the key system, which docs to put in the zippered pouch, and how to let your NOK know about the box.
    • For your NOK, it provides a brief "getting started after someone dies" list, explains how to use the box, and helps them manage keys & secure documents.

If your product arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will send a replacement part: email help@thenokbox.com with your order number. If you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, let us know what's going on right away and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back. We accept product returns if you reach out to us within 14 days upon receipt, and send back the product within another 7 days. The product(s) must come back undamaged and resellable. Please note:
